Ago Medical Centre was established and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 1997 to provide comprehensive healthcare services. The hospital is centrally located in the heart of Okota, Isolo Local Government Area, Lagos State.

With over two decades of experience, we have grown tremendously to become a top-flight provider in the healthcare industry. Management Team

Dr. Kolawole Afolabi

Medical Director & CEO

Dr. Afolabi holds an MBBS from the University of Ibadan (1988) and MSc in Clinical Microbiology and Parasitology from the University of Lagos (1995). After serving at Best Hope Hospital under Dr. Fasheun, where he rose to Senior Medical Officer, he founded Ago Medical Centre in 1997.

He is also the CEO of Lynx Laboratory, the hospital’s subsidiary DNA Centre, and serves on several corporate boards.

Moses Dare Peter

General Manager

A Business Administration graduate from the University of Lagos with an MBA from Lagos State University, he is a member of PPCA, NIM, CIPM, and IoE.

With nearly three decades of leadership experience across hospitality, telecommunications, and healthcare industries, he oversees the hospital’s administration and human resources functions.

Dr. Angela Chioma Nwogbo

Acting Clinical Administrator

Dr. Nwogbo holds an MBBS from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (2012) and an MPH from the University of Lagos (2019). She completed her internship at Ikoyi Military Hospital and currently oversees the hospital’s clinical operations.

Grace Eke Udo

Acting Hospital Matron

A distinguished nursing practitioner, Mrs. Udo holds RN (2012), Public Health (2016), and RM (2019) certifications from the Nursing Council of Nigeria. Her extensive experience and dedication have strengthened the hospital’s nursing services.

Mayowa Atolagbe

Hospital Accountant

Mr. Mayowa holds an HND in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic (2006) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

With prior experience in audit and twelve years at Med-In Specialist Hospital, he leads the hospital’s finance department with professionalism and expertise.
